The hotel was charming small, appreciated mountain view from our double room. We got a room with a walk-in shower. The staff was really kind and affable, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was best possible and peaceful, in the center of town, and the bed comfortable.

We were blown away by the warmth and care of the people at this hotel. They made us feel at home. The location couldn't be more perfect, just a short walk from the harbor. The owner was friendly and gave us great recommendations for exploring Symi. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room was well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh fruits. we had a fantastic experience at Albatros and would highly recommend it to others.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the harbor. It was so convenient to take sea taxis to explore the beautiful beaches. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of high-quality products. I especially loved the fresh fruits and the homemade jams, they were absolutely heavenly! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the owner had recently invested in new mattresses and pillows, which made for a relaxing and restful sleep. The host, Nicolas, was friendly, laid back. His passion for hospitality really shone through!

That the bathroom was a bit small and didn't have a window. However, it was still nicely made and kept clean throughout my stay.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking, overlooking the rocky mountain. The beds and pillows are luxurious, comparable to 5-star hotels. The Mediterranean breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh fruits. The location is central, yet peaceful. The hotel owner, Nicolas, is multilingual and a true professional, providing excellent service.
